We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Sound Design Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line and ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 production staff, including labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our quality standards.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the electrical and electronics products industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or ISO 9001, may be required.
