Position Overview

The role of a Treasury Analyst is crucial in supporting the financial operations of our organization. As a member of the Financial Services team, you will collaborate with global finance departments to enhance corporate treasury functions. This position is designed for individuals who excel in multitasking and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and report on the daily cash status of the organization.
  • Manage company banking accounts, ensuring compliance with documentation and KYC requirements.
  • Facilitate wire transfers and handle foreign exchange transactions.
  • Assist in cash forecasting, maintain databases, and manage online banking systems.
  • Serve as a resource for treasury management inquiries and liaise with banking institutions as necessary.
  • Generate various monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective Treasury controls in line with internal compliance programs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the treasury function.
  • Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least three years of experience in Finance or Treasury roles.
  • Familiarity with online corporate banking platforms is advantageous.
  • CTP designation is preferred.
