Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates for meal preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Environment: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure.
