Intercultural Management Instructor

About the Role
The University of Ottawa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Professor to deliver an engaging course in Intercultural Management.
This role will involve guiding students through the complexities of managing diverse teams and navigating international business environments. You will share your expertise on topics such as cultural awareness, communication strategies, ethical considerations, and leadership in a global context.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and discussions on intercultural management principles.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences that promote critical thinking and application of concepts.
- Assess student understanding through a variety of methods, including assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of course materials.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree (or higher) in Cross-Cultural Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in intercultural management or a similar domain.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in the area of intercultural management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fostering inclusive learning environments.
