We are looking for an exceptional academic leader with a strong background in cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, or organizational psychology. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and research experience, as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of intercultural communication and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, and organizational psychology
- Develop and implement curriculum that reflects the latest research and best practices in the field
- Conduct research and publish in top-tier academic journals
- Supervise graduate students and provide mentorship
- Participate in departmental and university-wide service activities
Requirements
- PhD in cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, or organizational psychology
- Proven teaching and research experience in the field
- Strong publication record in top-tier academic journals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
