About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Compliance Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing data to driver records, initiating follow-up action as required, and working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely process data to driver records
  • Initiate follow-up action as required under the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act and corresponding regulations
  • Work in a team environment to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Four (4) years of related experience in a customer service and/or administrative environment
  • A working knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Act and an understanding of the rules of the road
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft programs
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to interpret and analyze driver records and make recommendations
