Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

At Fresh Form Draft, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our records and databases by accurately entering, updating, and verifying data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data in our company databases and software systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure high-quality record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Retrieve data as requested for internal reports or other tasks.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure proper data flow and information sharing.
  • Perform data audits and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in IT or data management are a plus.
