Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic microbrewery setting, characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Make recommendations regarding personnel decisions, including hiring and promotions.
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a small team of 3-4 workers.
  • Develop methods to achieve work schedules and align activities with other departments.
  • Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 employees, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be required for this position.
