About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Human Resources Department - NRT Technology Corp. team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or external experts as needed
  • Document and track technical issues using our customer support software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and customer support software
