- Team Management and Leadership: Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Project Management: Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that arise, guaranteeing project success.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on design drawings and completed work to ensure high standards are maintained, upholding our organization's reputation for excellence.
- 7-10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and permit processes.
- Experience in construction and development, particularly in residential projects.
- Proven ability to oversee schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of design drawings and the ability to conduct thorough quality checks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
