Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, spec writers, owners, construction managers, and general contractors to increase preference and demand for our products.
- Identify and track projects from the early design stages to influence the sales process and promote our products.
- Monitor competitive activity and strategically promote the Arriscraft Canada Brick offering to stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Maximize short and long-term growth in sales volume and industry position by collaborating with key internal departments to provide customers with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Build and deliver targeted sales presentations to key stakeholders in the business to drive awareness, preference, and specification.
- In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, identify new product opportunities to stay innovative and competitive.
- Represent Arriscraft Canada Brick at relevant industry trade shows and events to showcase our products and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated individual seeking a career position with an innovative and leading masonry products company.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with experience selling to the architect/design community.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Design, Architecture, or other related field.
- Exceptional presentation skills and design and technical expertise/aptitude.
- Self-starter with very strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to identify key decision-makers and build relationships. An adept networker with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven and curious, with a solutions-based mindset.
- Ability to manage projects and execute on key deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Collaborative nature with an influential leadership style.
- Computer proficiency, including all Microsoft Office programs.
