Arriscraft Canada Brick is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, spec writers, owners, construction managers, and general contractors to increase preference and demand for our products.
  2. Identify and track projects from the early design stages to influence the sales process and promote our products.
  3. Monitor competitive activity and strategically promote the Arriscraft Canada Brick offering to stay ahead in the market.
  4. Identify and target new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  5. Maximize short and long-term growth in sales volume and industry position by collaborating with key internal departments to provide customers with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  6. Build and deliver targeted sales presentations to key stakeholders in the business to drive awareness, preference, and specification.
  7. In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, identify new product opportunities to stay innovative and competitive.
  8. Represent Arriscraft Canada Brick at relevant industry trade shows and events to showcase our products and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
  1. Self-motivated individual seeking a career position with an innovative and leading masonry products company.
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with experience selling to the architect/design community.
  3. Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Design, Architecture, or other related field.
  4. Exceptional presentation skills and design and technical expertise/aptitude.
  5. Self-starter with very strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proven ability to identify key decision-makers and build relationships. An adept networker with good interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  8. Results-driven and curious, with a solutions-based mindset.
  9. Ability to manage projects and execute on key deliverables.
  10. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically.
  11. Collaborative nature with an influential leadership style.
  12. Computer proficiency, including all Microsoft Office programs.
