Job Title: Principal, Technical Program Manager, Device Software

The Device Software and Services team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC - K03 is seeking a highly skilled Principal, Technical Program Manager, to lead and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of technical leadership and hands-on execution to solve large-scale, high-impact problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer-focused roadmap to drive high-impact delivery
  • Lead multiple initiatives in various stages of development, ensuring timely and data-driven decision-making
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across organizations, fostering a culture of collaboration and influence
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, driving business outcomes and growth
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Proven track record of managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects
