Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Pharmacie Geneviève Labonté. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prescription Accuracy: Verify and ensure the accuracy of prescription information, including client details and medication instructions.
- Client Data Entry: Enter client information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
- Pharmacist Support: Provide assistance to pharmacists in maintaining inventory, preparing medications, and performing various tasks as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore environment.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Word and other relevant software.
- Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, manual dexterity, and ability to stand for extended periods.
