As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for proactive inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and manage SAP's Forecast & Replenishment (F&R) module to ensure correct quality and quantity of inventory
* Execute continuous review, analysis, and alignment between Operation's sales forecasts and F&R's demand projections
* Manage purchase orders and PO tracking, including tracking vendor performance and fill rates
* Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly distressed inventory exercises
* Collaborate with Operations, category, and brands for initial stock merchandising
* Utilize Power BI (Dufry Insights) KPI/reporting for proactive inventory management

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of Supply Chain and Logistics planning experience
* Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite and Power BI experience an asset
* Business acumen and ability to understand the long-term implications of Supply Chain and Logistics planning
* Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, and individual circumstances
