As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your duties will include hiring and training staff, teaching interest or professional development courses, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising office and volunteer staff. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
