About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our Strategy & Client Experience team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Strategy: Develop strategic visions for customer experiences, leveraging customer data, best practices, and interviews to create targeted customer journeys and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate, lead, and participate in co-creation activities with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Experience Development: Work closely with partners to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of customer experiences.
  • Project Support: Provide ad-hoc support on projects to ensure alignment with customer strategies and prioritized experiences.
  • Practice Development: Evolve the CX Design practice within the team and serve as an ambassador for customer-centricity within the organization.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position related to consumer research, experience design, CX (customer journey, Blueprint service, design thinking,...).
  • Excellent quality of writing and presentation, both oral and visual.
  • Ability to influence and rally diverse opinions.
  • Listening and empathy.
Language

Fluency in English is required, as you will be working closely with colleagues outside Quebec.Skills
