Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of player pathways and interaction frameworks.
  • Produce a range of UX deliverables to steer both development and research efforts.

  • Leverage player insights to guide design choices and foster innovative experiences.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the Experience Design Repository and Design Framework.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years in user experience design within the gaming sector.
  • Proven understanding of psychological and cognitive science principles.
  • Knowledge of usability standards, interaction design, and design conventions in video gaming.
  • Expertise in design software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Enthusiasm for gaming and a commitment to staying abreast of design and artistic trends.
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to convey design ideas to varied audiences.
  • Skill in translating player insights into effective design strategies.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes is advantageous.
