About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our Strategy & Client Experience team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Strategy: Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging customer data, best practices, and research insights.
  • Co-Creation and Collaboration: Facilitate and lead co-creation activities with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience Development: Work closely with partners to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of customer experiences.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support on specific projects to ensure alignment with customer strategies and prioritized experiences.
  • Practice Development: Evolve the CX Design practice within the team and serve as an ambassador for customer-centricity within the organization.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar position related to consumer research, experience design, and CX.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent quality of writing and presentation, both oral and visual.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to influence and rally diverse opinions.
  • Listening and Empathy: Strong listening and empathy skills.
