Revenue Manager Job Description

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Strategy team with data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain data accuracy and create automation efforts in reporting tools to enhance revenue management.
  • Assist in preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings and corporate teams.
  • Generate and update revenue management reports, serving as the primary link for reporting needs.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term projections.
  • Manage availability, rates, and inventory across all channels, communicating strategies to operations teams.
  • Maintain rate parity across all channels, collaborating with the sales team on follow-up processes.
  • Perform system maintenance, including rate loading, restrictions management, and daily system checks.
  • Aid in content management, liaising with the hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates.
  • Maintain close relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up-to-date on hotel information.
  • Manage technical tickets and loading request follow-ups with the Distribution System Support team.
  • Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution to uncover new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous reservation experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Ideas RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering is preferred.

This role requires the ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
