Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn Belleville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets to ensure efficient hotel operations and maximize revenue.
  • Guest Services: Ensure seamless guest experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.

Physical Demands:

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.
