Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co.

Job Summary

The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Restock supplies, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
