Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate engineering leader with a builder's heart and a deep commitment to developer experience. As the Director of Infrastructure and DevSecOps, you will guide the design, implementation, and management of DealMaker's cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, compliant, and optimized for developer workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute DealMaker's DevSecOps strategy, aligning with the company's overall business goals and security and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines, development workflows, and application design.
  • Champion the adoption of security and QA automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive automated QA strategy, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Design and implement security controls, policies, and procedures across the development infrastructure and application stack.
  • Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management programs.
  • Select and integrate appropriate QA automation tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, ensuring DealMaker's infrastructure and applications remain secure in a constantly evolving landscape.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevSecOps team.
Requirements
  • Deep DevSecOps expertise with a strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools.
  • Leadership and team building experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing infrastructure teams.
  • Cloud infrastructure and security expertise, with extensive knowledge of cloud security best practices and hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
  • Security automation and tooling experience, with familiarity with security automation tools, vulnerability scanners, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with QA automation, with a solid understanding of QA automation principles, frameworks, and tools.
