Highbrow LLC is seeking a skilled Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure while driving automation and efficiency within our DevOps processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust security controls across all cloud solutions, adhering to internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Enhance our cloud orchestration platform, enabling automated provisioning, management, and scaling of diverse resources including hosts, containers, applications, and cloud services.
  • Develop APIs and Webhooks to seamlessly integrate our cloud orchestration platform with system management tools, DevOps workflows, and leading cloud platforms.
  • Generate insightful data reports and dashboards for security compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Integrate security tools into our enterprise deployment pipelines, providing developers with real-time feedback and ensuring runtime governance.
  • Streamline security reporting by integrating it with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and aligning it with our Enterprise Monitoring procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively within agile DevOps Engineering teams utilizing Scrum methodologies.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Possess 7+ years of experience in automation and IT, including 2+ years specializing in DevOps and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Google Org Policy implementation.
  • Exhibit strong programming skills with proficiency in API and Webhook development using Python, PowerShell, and Rego.
  • Have hands-on experience automating and integrating serverless Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions within Azure and GCP platforms.
  • Possess deep knowledge of container security and orchestration principles. Experience with compliance and application security tools is highly valued.
  • Understand and leverage Cloud (Azure/GCP) security features, including data protection, Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Be capable of troubleshooting Network, DNS, Firewall, and routing issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of deploying services via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have experience creating automated workflows using Terraform (Sentinel) and GitHub Actions.
