Senior Non-Metallic Engineer

This position necessitates the candidate to be based in a key operational hub. The organization specializes in the exploration, extraction, transportation, and marketing of crude oil and natural gas. Their operations span across Upstream, Downstream, and Corporate sectors. The Upstream sector encompasses exploration, field development, and extraction of crude oil, natural gas, and associated liquids. The Downstream sector is dedicated to refining, logistics, energy generation, and the promotion of petroleum products. The Corporate sector provides essential support services.

We are in search of a Senior Non-Metallic Engineer to become a part of our Global Manufacturing Support Division (GMSD). The GMSD offers technical guidance, operational assistance, troubleshooting, and various other services across multiple domains.

  • Formulate and execute a roadmap for the deployment of Non-Metallic technologies
  • Identify and spearhead field trials for Non-Metallic Technologies
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Asset Integrity
  • Evaluate and endorse proposed solutions for asset malfunctions
  • Facilitate the development and dissemination of knowledge regarding Non-Metallic Technologies

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally in Materials or Mechanical disciplines, along with a minimum of 11 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector as a Non-Metallic Engineer. Familiarity with international standards and codes is essential, as well as strong presentation and report writing capabilities.
