Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

At Chevron Gas Station, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing losses.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, driving business results and achieving company goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
