Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Family Caregiver to join our team at Alice Melong/Ron Melong. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental health.
  • Change non-sterile dressings and provide wound care as needed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty.
Work Environment:

As a Family Caregiver, you will work in the employer's home, providing one-on-one care and support to our clients.

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
