Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication administration, ensuring timely and accurate dosing.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
