We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Alice Melong/Ron Melong. As a Family Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, providing transportation and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
Working Conditions
