Senior Data Scientist

Clio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our products and business teams to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Build predictive and prescriptive AI and ML models to drive business growth.
- Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to evaluate the impact of product features and business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a scientific culture within our product and business teams.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on business growth and analytics.
- Experience working with product and user behavior data, including retention and churn analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
- Proficiency in database modeling, SQL, and data warehousing principles.
- Proficiency in developing analysis in Python and experience with relevant ML libraries and frameworks.
- Strong team player mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics and growth drivers.
- Experience with FinTech concepts and large data sets.
- Experience with NLP and LLMs.
- Graduate degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
