Assistant Professor in Cell and Developmental Biology Position

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an Assistant Professor in Cell and Developmental Biology. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in cellular, genetic, and/or genomic approaches to address fundamental mechanisms of animal development.
Responsibilities:- Establish and conduct an internationally competitive and externally funded research program
- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in the UBC Biology program
- Supervise graduate students and participate on service committees for the department, university, and academic/scientific community
- Ph.D. degree in a relevant field
- Postdoctoral experience
- Exceptional research track record
- A competitive salary range of $125,000 to $160,000 per year
