About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Disruption team at Hopper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative products that enhance the customer experience.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and user experience, to create products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Fintech and risk-based products will be invaluable in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring that our solutions are customer-centric and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with external partners to implement new and existing products
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to understand traveler needs and preferences
  • Work with customer service to identify and address customer pain points
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and legal teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a consumer product role, with a track record of delivering delightful features at scale
  • Strong knowledge of Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products
  • Innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to draw accurate conclusions and adjust strategy accordingly
