The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. As the sole Product Designer at this stage, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our design process and establish best practices within the company.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on designing innovative solutions that address the needs of our B2B customers and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both user-centered and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
  • Advocate for a delightful user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends and best practices in the fintech industry.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product, UX, or Visual Designer, with a focus on B2B web and/or mobile applications.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of Lean UX methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for creating user-centered designs that drive business results.
