* Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to our high standards
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
* Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented to our high standards
* Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the kitchen and our customers

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role, or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
