Job Description

B.C. Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute development projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support business growth and expansion.
  • Market Research: Design and implement market research questionnaires to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth and expansion.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Duration: Permanent.
