Job Title: Business Development Officer

B.C. Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, recruiting and hiring staff, and designing market research questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Plan Development Projects: Develop and execute plans for business development projects, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to join our team, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Develop and design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights and data.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand and value proposition.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
