Job Title: Medical Science Liaison for Rare Diseases

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Pharmascience Inc. in the role of Medical Science Liaison for Rare Diseases.

About the Role:

The Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals in the field of rare diseases.

The successful candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of medical strategies and tactical plans for rare disease therapies.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the field of rare diseases.
  • Develop and deliver scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide scientific support for post-marketing studies and investigator-initiated trials.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical data and trends in the field of rare diseases.
Requirements:
  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.).
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science Liaison.
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Therapeutic area experience in Endocrinology or Rare Diseases is an asset.
  • Ability to travel ≥50% of the time.
