We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Center Supervisor to join our team at KPMG-Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our conference center, ensuring seamless event execution, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 4 employees dedicated to coordinating events at the conference center.
  • Lead Daily Service Meetings: Conduct daily service meetings with the team to ensure all tasks are assigned and goals are met.
  • Budget Management: Manage the American Express card, including closing accounts and tracking expenses.
  • Event Management: Coordinate operations during events to ensure quality service, perform quality checks, and supervise staff and coordinate activities during events.
  • Customer Request Management: Be the direct link to the customer for their requests and manage the budget associated with the request.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing a conference center.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
