Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Snore MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience by:

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings
  • Communicate and report with allied healthcare professional teams, such as doctors and specialists
  • Manage clinic operations, receive inventory, and process sleep test equipment
  • Support with insurance paperwork
What We Offer
  • $22.00-$25.00 per hour + bonus
  • Up to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonus (up to $26.00-$29.00 bonus included)

Requirements
  • Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to perform
  • A positive 'let's do this' attitude that's turned on and turned up every day
  • Sincere passion for exceptional patient care and building impactful relationships
  • A keen desire to learn new technologies and savvy computer skills
  • Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic
  • Rock-solid reliability, strong organization skills, and exceptional attention to detail
