Restaurant Operations Manager

Marcello's Market and Deli is seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including setting work schedules and balancing cash and completing balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure food safety.
- Technology: Familiarity with point of sale systems and computer technology.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- 37.5 hours per week.
