The Role We Are Offering

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work in our Accounts Payable Shared Services Center, serving our divisions in Canada, the United States, and South America. You will have the opportunity to play an active role in the various responsibilities relating to accounts payable, in a highly computerized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode and record invoices in different currencies in the accounting systems.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Interact with the various company departments.
  • Create purchase requisitions and follow up on receipts for the purchase orders.
  • Ad Hoc requests to support the team.

  • Knowledge of the various Excel functions.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle system, an asset.
  • Courses in information technology, an asset.
  • Well organized and multi-functional (multitask).

  • Autonomy.

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 1 year completed.

Internship Details

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
