As a Security Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access control and monitor patient safety in a healthcare setting
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one
  • Availability to work day or night shifts, including weekends
