Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Samosa Lady Foods Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
