Position Overview

The Glengate Hotel & Suites is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment where the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform the same duties as the team members you supervise
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff members
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies
