Position Overview

The Glengate Hotel & Suites is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic environment, including hotels, motels, and resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the same duties as the team members you supervise.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain operations.
  • Order materials and supplies to support daily operations.
