Position Overview

The Glengate Hotel & Suites is seeking a dedicated Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Work will be conducted in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same duties as the staff under your direction.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain operations.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
Work Conditions
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
