Environmental Project Coordinator

Position Overview
EnviroEmplois is looking for a skilled project manager to oversee our environmental assessment, characterization, and rehabilitation initiatives. Our diverse team consists of professionals including engineers, agronomists, biologists, and environmental specialists, all dedicated to delivering high-quality environmental solutions.
The successful candidate may work from one of our offices or have the option for remote work, depending on individual preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee various environmental studies, including site assessments and rehabilitation projects;
- Develop and present service proposals;
- Manage client and supplier relationships effectively;
- Ensure timely completion of projects;
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and subcontractors;
- Collect data and prepare project deliverables;
- Monitor and manage project budgets;
- Review and approve supplier invoices and prepare project billing;
- Engage in fieldwork as necessary;
- Serve as a technical expert for multidisciplinary projects;
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project success;
- Promote and uphold occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in geological engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the environmental field;
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Familiarity with provincial and federal environmental regulations;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
