Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Majuba Acres Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall quality of our produce.
Key Responsibilities- Crop Harvesting: Apply the technique of hoeing between rows, clean crops, cut agricultural crops, and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
- Quality Control: Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Farm Maintenance: Clean the work area, detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and shear and shape trees and plants with a knife.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
