As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to client-managers within our portfolio on external recruitment activities. Our team takes a collaborative approach to ensure standard levels of service for all customers, and we are committed to developing and sustaining Interior Health's recruitment capacity. Your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with IH leaders/managers to proactively identify recruitment needs, ensuring hiring managers are engaged with Career Marketing efforts, and providing HR guidance on interview and selection of external applicants.
