About the Role

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Executive to lead our Regional Hospital and its partnership across the Fraser Health region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Participate in the strategic planning, future visioning, goal setting, and decision-making processes for the Regional Hospital and its partnership across the Fraser Health region.
  2. Program Development: Identify short, medium, and long-term objectives, plans, programs, and services to support the Regional Hospital's mission and goals.
  3. Community Engagement: Represent Fraser Health Authority and the Regional Hospital to the community, ensuring other stakeholders are informed and included in community/stakeholder consultations and discussions.
  4. Seamless System of Care: Assist in identifying and removing barriers to a seamless system of care across hospitals and the community, and across programs and services.
  5. Financial Management: Accountable for the annual operating and capital budget for the Regional Hospital, preparing budget and program recommendations, overseeing the performance of programs and budget, and establishing monitoring and reporting systems to identify and follow-up on deficiencies in patient care services.
  6. Quality Improvement: Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement processes, ensuring that appropriate quality of care measures are in place and compatible with industry standards and accreditation bodies.
