Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top decision-makers in new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory, including fitness clubs, gyms, and other relevant businesses.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans, including product launches and promotions.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of iFIT's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Communicate product value and benefits to customers, highlighting how our solutions can meet their specific needs and goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the fitness industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
